Grigsby-McDonald papers, 1862-1901.

The collection contains letters, a journal, and hand-copied accounts. Letters include Grigsby's Civil War letters while serving with the 49th Indiana Regiment and letters from Grigsby to his daughter in Terre Haute, 1898-1900. McDonald include accounts of the 53rd Indiana Regiment during the Civil War, and pages copied from an 1884 history of Orange County, Ind.
